All items are shipped from Ontario, Canada. Bella Luna ships on Wednesdays and Fridays weekly (other than weeks with holidays).
LOCAL PICK UP (Welland, Ontario)
- Local pick up is available for any order placed on our website
- You will receive a shipping notification, however your item will not ship, it will be kept at our headquarters for you to pick up on or after the date specified
- All local pick up orders must be picked up within 2 weeks of the date specified
- The shipping charges you incurred will be reimbursed via a Bella Luna Gift Card within 48 hours of pick up. Gift Cards can be applied to any future Bella Luna order
- If items are not pick up within 2 weeks, we will ship your order home to you

Due to the nature of our stockings, carting multiple items at once is often not possible which leads to the need to place multiple orders. As a courtesy to our valued customers, we are happy to combine the shipping on multiple purchases for IN STOCK items placed within the SAME day and process reimbursement via Bella Luna Gift Card for the shipping overages paid when the difference is more than $1.

You will be issued reimbursement for the applicable shipping paid via BL gift card. Shipping credits are issued by Tuesday by days end for the previous weeks stocking.
You will receive an email (to the email associated with your Bella Luna account) to let you know that your shipping credit GC reimbursements has been processed. If you don't see an email by the end of Tuesday, please check your junk mailbox prior to emailing us to inquire about it. If your orders do not qualify for free shipping, we will also email you to explain why you were not entitled to combined shipping or shipping reimbursement. Generally an order would not qualify for a shipping credit if you accidentally factored in orders which included a pre ordered or custom item, or if the shipping overage paid was $1 or less.
I would like to stress that pre orders or customs can NOT be combined with in stock items. In stock items can also NOT be held for pre orders or customs. You must checkout for pre orders and in stocks separately.
Please also understand that when we combine items, the shipping rate changes as the weight of the items change. For example, if you order one diaper on one order the shipping is $2. If you place another order for one diaper the shipping is also $2. If you had ordered both diapers together, the shipping would have been $3. The shipping overage is $1 and therefore not applicable to shipping reimbursement.
If you need to make a change to the information you submitted in this form, please do NOT resubmit the form. Changes to your form can be made by emailing email@example.com. Please allow up to 1 business day for a reply.
Please verify that your Bella Luna Account shipping address is up-to-date prior to completing checkout. If you are purchasing for another person (aka a stocking buddy), it is IMPERATIVE that the correct persons shipping address is provided AT CHECKOUT.
In the case of stocking buddies, Bella Luna requests you be careful that the shipping address be updated before purchase. However if this gets missed, please have the purchaser contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, with the correct shipping name and address. We will update.
If multiple stocking buddies score the same item for the same intended purchaser, the order can not be transferred to another person, the order will require cancellation. Please email us (email@example.com) as soon as the issue is noticed so that we can restock the item for public purchase.
If you are moving and your item has not yet shipped, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process the address changes for any unshipped order. Please contact us as soon as possible to help you with this.
Bella Luna is not responsible non delivery or for charges associated with reshipping out a package should the address not be up to date.
In Stock Items- Your order may be cancelled anytime before the order status changes to “Fullfilled”. At this time, the order has been manifested for shipping.
