- 0-12 months since ship date- Full Warranty, shipping to Bella Luna reimbursed, remake of diaper if possible or replacement product at equivalent retail value , shipping of replacement covered. Bella Luna requires that you return the delaminated diaper in order for us to remake or replace it. We are unable to return it back to you.
- 12 months-24 months since ship date- Extended Warranty, shipping of affected diaper to Bella Luna paid for by customer. Bella Luna will remake the diaper (if possible or offer alternative fabrics for remake) at a cost of 50% of the original purchase price. Cost of remade diaper and its shipping to be invoiced prior to remaking the diaper. Bella Luna requires that you return the delaminated diaper in order for us to remake or replace it. We are unable to return it back to you.
- 24 months+ since ship date- No warranty applies
Please ensure that you send us a quick follow up email to let us know that your diaper has been shipped so that we know about when to expect it to arrive. This is especially important if we are to reimburse your return shipping, as we do not process the Bella Luna GC until we know that you have shipped the warranty work to us. We will return the diaper to the address on this order. If the diaper is being sent on to another person, please provide us with their shipping address when checking out for this warranty work. We are unable to assume responsibility if the shipping address provided to us is in correct. You will receive a shipping notification when the warranty work has been completed.
Canadian Return Instructions- Please affix $1.80 in stamps to a large envelope, lay diaper flat, add a little note with your return shipping address, seal, and toss in a red Canada Post mail box. If your warranty work is on a diaper that was shipped within the last 6 months, please forward us a picture of the receipt and you will be reimbursed for the associated shipping via an Bella Luna Gift Card.
