Bella Luna Gift Cards are delivered by email and contain instructions about how to redeem them at checkout. Gift Cards have no additional processing fees and can be used to pay for your order in full. They also carry a balance, so any unused funds can be applied to your next purchase. *Gift Card balances are not refundable by Bella Luna, but the code can be transferred to another purchaser.
If you are purchasing your Gift Card using a credit card or paypal, your Gift Card will be emailed immediately. However, if the address we have on file for you and your credit card address do not match, the system will flag your order and it will need to be manually processed. If you paid via credit card and you do not receive your Gift Card within 10 mins and you have checked your spam folder, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will manually fulfill your Gift Card purchase at our soonest availability during normal business hours. If this is a normal occurrence, we suggest that you change the address you have on file with BL to the same address as your credit card. Sometimes it's as simple as a difference in the way that it's written.
If you are purchasing your Gift Card using Interac Email Money Transfer, your gift card code will be emailed upon the acceptance of your EMT payment. EMT payments are accepted at our soonest availability during normal business hours. Please note that it can take up to 2 hours for us to be able to accept the EMT, so please plan ahead if you are purchasing a gift card for a specific stocking time.
