Resolution of Error
Bella Luna strives to provide exceptional quality, workmanship, and customer service. If an error is made with your order, we will work with you and resolve the problem to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your product.
Please ensure that you send us a quick follow up email to let us know that your diaper has been shipped so that we can reimburse your return shipping costs and know about when to expect it to arrive.
Canadian Return Instructions- Please affix $1.80 in stamps to a large envelope, lay diaper flat, add a little note with your return shipping address, seal, and toss in a red Canada Post mail box. Upon letting us know that your diaper has been sent to us, a $2.50 gift card will be sent to you as reimbursement for the shipping costs.
USA Return Instructions-
If you have access to a printer and are familiar with it, please use -paypal shipping-
, (international first class, 3oz weight). Alternatively, if you can not use paypal shipping, please visit the post office and request the same shipping method (int’l first class). When using first class international, the shipping costs are typically lower than $3 USD. Upon letting us know that your diaper has been sent to us, a $3.50 gift card will be sent to you as reimbursement for the shipping costs. (should you be charged more using the above mentioned service, please send us a picture of the receipt and we will cover the additional charges).
